Enlightening the Educators of ALCPS by our Respected Advisor Madam Salony Priya.The teachers were enriched with a completely different perspective of dealing with the behavioural issues of the students by proper implementation of behavior management strategies to be followed by the teacher in the process of teaching- learning in the present education system. Through the fundamentals of behavior Management , it was explained how a positive approach by the educator can lead to an effective classroom management.
